百令胶囊在肾移植术后早中期的应用研究

为研究百令胶囊在肾移植术后早，中期的免疫抑制作用，将肾移植患者分为３组，Ａ组为百令胶囊＋Ｐｒｅｄ＋ＣｓＡ，Ｂ组为百令胶囊＋Ｐｒｅｄ＋ＣｓＡ＋ＡｚａＣ组为Ｐｒｅｄ＋ＣｓＡ＋Ａｚａ。结果：１．急性排斥发生情况：Ａ组１６．５％（３３／２００），Ｂ组１１．７９％（３３／２８０），Ｃ组１６％（１６／１００），２．肝功能损害情况；Ａ组１８．５％，Ｂ组为２１．０７％，Ｃ组２５％，３．白细胞下降，Ａ组无，Ｂ组１２

Applied Research of Bailing Capsula in the Early and Middle Stage after Renal Transplantation

To investigate the immunosuppression action of Bailing capsula in the early and middle stage after renal transplantation,patients after renal transplantation were divided into 3 groups:group A (Bailing Capsula Pred CsA),group B (Bailing Capsula Pred CsA Aza) and group C (Pred CsA Aza).Results:1.acute rejection:16.5%(33/200) in group A,11.79%(33/280) in group B and 16% (16/100) in group C;2.hepatic damage:18.5% in group A,21.07% in group B and 25% in group C;3.WBC decreasing:no one in group A,12 cases in group B and 8 cases in group C;4.treatment of chronic rejection:after administration of Bailing capsula,24 hour urinary protein of CR in groups A and B was less than that in group C,and Scr also fell.The research showed that Bailing capsula had a good effect to prevent acute rejection,protect liver cell to be injuried by medicine and hepatitis virus and also had an effect on CR to prolong the long survival rate of the transplant.
