基于现代文献研究的慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医症状特点分析

目的通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）现代文献的研究分析，总结该疾病的中医症状特点，为制定多中心研究的临床调查表及规范中医症状术语提供依据。方法通过对COPD现代文献进行检索，利用Epidata2．0软件建立慢性阻塞性肺疾病的证候类型（症状）文献数据库，并统计分析。结果将慢性阻塞性肺疾病的症状由规范前的535个症状规范为210个症状。总结慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要临床症状为咳、痰、喘、气短；急性期伴有痰黏腻、胸闷、痰黄、痰多、发热等主症；稳定期伴有不耐疲劳、乏力、纳呆、自汗、腰膝酸软等主症。结论急需制定相对统一的标准；急性期和稳定期的症状体现了该病本虚标实的病机特点。

Analysis of Characteristics of TCM Symptoms of COPD Based on Neoteric Literature

Objective To sum up the characteristics of TCM symptoms of COPD by analyzing neoteric literature, and to give some evidences on standardization of TCM terms. Methods The neoteric literature of COPD were searched, and a literature data-base of terms of TCM symptoms was established and analyzed by Epidata2.0 software. Results The number of the names of TCM symptoms reduces from 535 to 210. The most common symptoms of COPD are coughing, phlegm, gasping and shortness of breath. Besides, in the acute stage, adhesive phlegm, feeling suffocated and so on appeared frequently; in the stable stage, fatigue, unwilling to eat and so on appeared also frequently. Conclusion The names of TCM symptoms are multiform and need to be canonical. The characteristics of symtoms embodise the pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.
