| 摘 要： | 为观察健脾为主中药胃肠安治疗胃癌术后脾虚证患者的疗效,将68例胃癌术后脾虚证患者分为中药组(胃肠安治疗)34例,西药组(常规化疗)34例,疗程3个月。结果:中药组能显著改善患者脾虚证症状,有效率达52.94％,西药组为20.59％(P<0.05);中药组能延长患者生存期,生存率高于西药组。提示胃肠安对胃癌术后脾虚证有较好疗效,使远期疗效得到提高。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Wei Chang An Decoction" in the treatment of spleen-hypofunction syndrome following operative stomach cancer,68 subjects were divided into two groups: group A in which 34 cases were treated by" Wei Chang An Decoction" and group B in which 34 cases were treated by routine chemotherapy, with a treatment course of 3 months. Results: In group A, the clinical symptoms improved obviously and the effective rate was 52.94% .higher than 20.59% in group B(P<0.05); the survival period was longer and survival rate higher in group A than those in group B. It is indicated that "Wei Chang An Decoction"is effective for spleen-hypofunction syndrome and has a good long-term result. |
