化瘀克塞方对急性脑梗死患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶变化的影响

摘    要:目的观察化瘀克塞方对急性脑梗死患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)变化的影响。方法将70例急性脑梗死症状发生后48h内入院的患者随机分为化瘀克塞方组(37例)和常规治疗组(33例),分别于入院后即时和治疗后的第3、7、14天清晨空腹抽取静脉血测定NSE的浓度,同时进行神经功能缺损评分。结果化瘀克塞方组和常规治疗组患者入院时血清NSE浓度显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),两组患者之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗第3天、第14天两组患者NSE浓度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗第7天化瘀克塞方组患者血清NSE浓度显著低于常规治疗组(P〈0.05)。两组患者在治疗第3天后神经功能缺损评分即较入院时明显改善(P〈0.05);治疗第7天、第14天时,组间同期神经功能缺损评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论化瘀克塞方能够有效降低急性脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度及神经功能缺损评分,减轻脑损害,对急性脑梗死有神经保护作用。
