| 摘 要： | 目的观察调胃消痞方治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例,治疗组予调胃消痞方加减治疗,对照组予吗丁啉口服,1个月为1疗程,观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为80.0%(P<0.05)。结论调胃消痞方治疗FD具有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Tiaowei Xiaopi Decoction"in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 90 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Motilium, with a course of one month. The clinical effects and symptom scores before and after treatment were observed. Result The effective rate was 91.6% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group, P < 0.05. |
