中医心身综合治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

目的观察中医心身综合治疗(柴胡疏肝散加减结合中医心理疗法)对功能性消化不良(function dyspepsia,FD)伴心理障碍的临床疗效。方法将89例患者随机分为西药组31例、中药组30例和中医心身综合治疗组(综合组)28例,分别给予相应的治疗方案,3组疗程均为3个月;治疗前后分别对各组临床症状、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、焦虑自评量表(SDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK)进行测试和比较。结果综合组治疗后较其他2组患者在临床症状以及焦虑、抑郁等精神症状方面有明显改善(P<0.05),T淋巴细胞亚群、NK水平有不同程度的改善。结论精神因素在FD的发生、发展及治疗中起着重要作用,中医心身综合治疗可进一步提高临床疗效。

Clinical Research on Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia by Herbs and Psychotherapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Chaihu Shugan Powder" plus psychotherapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods Eighty-nine subjects were divided into three groups: group A in which 31 cases were treated with western drugs,group B in which 30 cases were treated with herbs and group C in which 28 cases were treated with herbs and psychotherapy. The symptoms,SCL-90,SDS,SAS,T-lymphocyte and natural killer cells were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the anxiety and depression,T-lymphocyte levels,natural kill cells were decreased in all patients,with better effects in group C than in groups A and B. Conclusion Psychological factors play a vital role in the development and treatment of FD and this therapy is effective for FD.
