糖肾康治疗糖尿病肾病30例

目的观察自拟糖肾康汤对糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,糖肾康组和科素亚组,每组各30例,疗程为3个月;观察治疗前后两组临床症状、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血脂变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血脂等变化差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论糖肾康汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Observation of "Tangshengkang Decoction" in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy in 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Tangshenkang Decoction" on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups,treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with this Decoction,and control group in which another 30 cases were treated with Losartan,both with a course of 3 months. The clinical symptom,insulin sensitivity index(ISI),24-hour urinary protein,renal function and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 83.3% in treatment group and 63.3% in control group,the efficacy of treatmeat group was superior to control group,P < 0.05. ISI,24-hour urinary protein,renal function and blood lipid improved obviously in treatment group after treatment,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01,and there was a significant difference between two groups,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01. Conclusion "Tangshenkang Decoction" plus western medication has better effects than simple western medication in treating diabetic nephropathy.
