复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠SOD和MDA的影响

摘    要:目的观察复方桂枝茯苓丸对脑缺血再灌注损伤(CRI)大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用结扎双侧颈总动脉45min后再通法,制备CRI大鼠模型。设假手术组(A组),模型组(B组),血塞通对照组(C组),复方桂枝茯苓丸小剂组(D组,含生药剂量为0.42g/m1),复方桂枝茯苓丸中剂组(E组,含生药剂量为0.84g/ml),复方桂枝茯苓丸大剂组(F组,含生药剂量为1.68g/ml)。A、B组均给予0.9%NaCl溶液,C组给予血塞通混悬液,D、E、F组分别给予相应浓度的复方桂枝茯苓丸水煎浓缩液。各组大鼠每日给药剂量均为1ml·100g^-1·d^-1,早晚各灌胃1次,连续给药2周后,检测大鼠血清与脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果复方桂枝茯苓丸大、中、小剂量组能改善脑缺血后大鼠神经功能缺损体征,与模型组比较有显著差异(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);并能升高大鼠血清与脑组织中SOD活性,同时降低血清与脑组织中MDA含量,与模型组比较有显著差异(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);不同剂量间以中、大剂量组疗效较为显著,与小剂量组比较,有显著差异(P〈0.05);同时,与血塞通对照组比较,复方桂枝茯苓丸中、大剂量疗效无显著差异。结论复方桂枝茯苓丸对CRI大鼠有治疗作用。
