复黄生肌愈创油膏对减少慢性皮肤溃疡瘢痕形成的临床观察

为观察复黄生肌愈创油膏（简称复黄膏）对减少慢性皮肤溃疡瘢痕形成的影响,采用顺序均衡随机法,将60例患者分为复黄膏组和白玉膏组各30例,比较患者愈后瘢痕面积与原始创面积比值、溃疡愈合时间、上皮组织生长的动态时间,以及部分瘢痕上皮组织的显微形态结构。结果显示复黄膏组愈后瘢痕面积与原始创面面积比值明显低于白玉膏组（P＜0．05）、溃疡愈合时间明显快于白玉膏组（P＜0．05）、生长相同比值的上皮组织所需时间明显少于白玉膏组（P＜0．01）,且复黄膏组瘢痕上皮修复较白玉膏组完成、成熟,接近正常皮肤表皮形态结构。提示复黄膏具有减少慢性皮肤溃疡的瘢痕形成,加速溃疡愈合,促进上皮生长的作用。

Clinical Observation of "Fuhuang Plaster"in Reducing Cicatrization of Chronic Cutaneous Ulcer

To observe the influence of "Fuhuang Plaster"on the cicatrization of chronic cutaneous ulcer,60 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 30 cases treated by"Fuhuang Plaster"and control group with 30 cases treated by"Baiyu Plaster".The ratio of scar area and original wound area,healing time,dynamic time of epithelial growth and microstructure of cicatrized epithelium were observed.Results showed that the ratio is lower in treatment group than in control group, P <0.05;that the ulcer healed faster in treatment group than in control group, P <0.05;that the epithelium grew faster in treatment group than in control group, P <0.01;that the epithelium restored more completely,near the structure of normal skin.It is revealed that"Fuhuang Plaster"can lessen the cicatrization,speed the healing of the ulcer and promote the growth of epithelium.
