| 摘 要： | 目的 观察益肾泄浊化瘀汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性肾衰竭患者按1：1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予益肾泄浊化瘀汤，对照组予包醛氧化淀粉，两组均治疗3个月；观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状、血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为73．3％、16．0％，组间疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组临床症状积分明显降低（P〈0．05），对照组无明显变化（P〉0．05），组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组Scr、BUN水平显著下降（P〈0．05），对照组无明显变化（P〉0．05），组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益肾泄浊化瘀汤有改善慢性。肾衰竭临床症状和肾功能的作用。
