| 摘 要： | 目的观察柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将70例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分成治疗组（40例）和对照组（30例）;治疗组以柴芍六君子汤加减治疗,对照组以胃复春治疗。疗程均为6个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为82.50%,对照组为66.67%（P〈0.05）;治疗组对主要临床症状、胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生的改善均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,但两组胃黏膜异型增生及HP转阴率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;治疗组生存质量的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论柴芍六君子汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。
