中药胃肠舒对Ca~(2+)信号传导途径的调控

摘    要:目的:研究中药胃肠舒对Ca2+信号传导途径的调控。方法:肠推进实验和离体肠道平滑肌的收缩检测胃肠舒对肠道平滑肌的作用;免疫组化法检测肠组织NOS和ChAT的表达;CellTiter-GloTM法、流式细胞术和激光共聚焦显微镜分别检测ATP含量、线粒体跨膜电位和Ca2+浓度的变化。结果:胃肠舒组能提高大鼠卡红肠道推进率,使离体肠道平滑肌自发活动收缩幅度加大,降低了NOS的含量,增高了ChAT的表达,ATP、Ca2+及线粒体跨膜电位升高。结论:胃肠舒能兴奋肠道平滑肌加快肠蠕动,可能是通过Ca2+调控实现的。
