| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探索生血散保护骨髓造血功能的作用机制。方法：采用大剂量CTX一次性腹腔注射法建立小鼠骨髓抑制模型，观察生血散对正常及模型小鼠骨髓CFU—GM形成率和骨髓造血组织容量的影响。结果：生血散对正常小鼠CFU—GM形成率和骨髓造血组织容量均有上调作用，同时对CTX所致小鼠CFU—GM生成抑制有明显保护和缓解作用，并能显著提高模型鼠骨髓造血组织容量。结论：生血散的作用机理在于对骨髓造血干细胞的保护和刺激作用。

| Abstract: | Object To study the mechanism of the hematopoietic protectional function of SXS.Methods The mouse myelosuppression model was made by a single abdominal injection of high dose CTX.The effect of SXS on the CFU GM number and the volume of hematopoietic tissue (VOL) of normal and model mice were observed.Result It was shown that SXS positively regulated the colony formation of CFU GM and the VOL of normal mice,and had an obvious effect of protection and reduction for the CFU GM repression,and significantly increased the VOL of the model mice.Conclusion SXS can protect and stimulate the hematopoietic stem cell in the bone marrow. |
