白苔和黄苔细胞化学指标的观测

目的：考察不同舌苔舌上皮细胞化学变化特点。方法：运用显微分光光度技术，检测了33例病理白苔和35例黄苔舌上皮细胞化学7项指标的含量，并按辨证分型进行了比较。结果：白苔组各项指标除G－6－PDH外，均低于正常组，其中LDH、MDH、ACP有显著性差异，黄苔组各项指标（ACP除外）均显著高于正常组和白苔组；各项指标数值实热证组＞正常组＞虚寒证组，实热证组与虚寒证组，正常组之间有非常显著性差异。结论：白苔和黄苔各有其不同的细胞化学特点，并与辩证结果基本一致。

Detection of Cytochemistry Indexes In White and yellow Tongue C oatings

Objective:To observe the features on cytochemical changes in different tongue coatings.Method:7 tongue epithelial cytochemistry indexes in 33 cases of white tongue coatings, 35 cases of yellow tongue coatings were detected with microspectrophotometry,and compared according to the syndrome differentiations.Result:in white tongue coating group,all of the indexes but G 6 PDH were lower than those In normal group,and LDH,MDH and ACP were significantly different ( P <0.05 or P<0.01 ); in yellow tongue coating group,all of the indexes but ACP were obviously higher than those in normal and white groups ( P<0 005 or P<0.01 );The relations of the indexes among different syndrome differentiations were as below:excess heat group>normal group>deficient cold group.There were obviously differences among the three groups ( P <0.01).Conclusion:white tongue coating and yellow tongue coating have different features in cytochemical changes which were in accordance with the syndrome differentiations.
