| 摘 要： | 观察175例缓解期轻、中度哮喘患者的白细胞介素5（IL－5）、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）。结果显示，辩证属于肾阳虚组血清IL－5和FCP含量高于非肾阳虚组（P＜0.05），提示哮喘患者属肾阳虚证者，气道炎症较为明显，即使在缓解期仍需要积极治疗。

| Abstract: | mild or moderate asthmatics in the remmision stage were divided into the group of insufficiency of the kidney yang and non insufficiency of the kidney yang in the light of differentiation standard of insufficiency of the kidney yang,the relationship was further observed between insufficiency of the kidney yang and IL 5,ECP.the result indicates that the 124 cases of 175 asthmatics belong to insufficiency of the kidney yang (70.86%);the contents of IL 5 and ECP in serum of the group of insufficiency of the kidney yang are higher than non insufficiency of the kidney yang( P<0.05 ).It was showed by this research that asthmatics,especially with insufficiency of the kidney yang,still require positive treatmeat in the remmision stage. |
