肝主疏泄与肝窦内皮功能关系探讨

肝主疏泄与解剖学之脑和肝脏功能相关,其调畅气机的功能与肝脏调节物质代谢(能量)、流动以及分布有关,肝窦内皮细胞窗孔构成的肝筛结构可能是肝疏布、宣泄气机及精微、毒物的超微结构。慢性肝病如慢性肝炎、肝纤维化和脂肪肝的病机多为肝失疏泄、由气及血、络脉瘀阻,表现为肝窦内皮细胞窗孔数量、结构及功能异常,引起微循环障碍。因此,肝窦内皮功能障碍可能是肝失疏泄之络病的病机关键,是肝主疏泄之络病理论新的假说。
