痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

目的:探讨痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:选择腹泻型肠易激综合征175例,随机分为2组,治疗组给予中药痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减治疗,对照组给予西药金双歧治疗,2组治疗4周,随访4周,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.6%,对照组总有效率为58.6%,治疗组复发率为12.6%,对照组复发率为43.8%,2组总有效率及复发率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效好、复发率低。

Treatment of diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome with modified Tongxie Yaofang and Shenling Baizhu Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Tongxie Yaofang and Shengling Baizhusang in the Diarrhea-type IrritableBowel Syndrome(IBS).Mtehod: 175 cases with IBS were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group were treated by Tongxie Yaofang and Shengling Baizhusang for 4 weeks,the contrast group were treated by Bacillus bifidus,and their periods of treatment were the same.Then observed the therapeutic effects after stopping the treatment for 4 weeks.Result: The total effects rate in the treatment group was significantly highter than in the contrast group(91.6% VS 58.6%).The recurrednce rate in the treatment group was 12.6%,while in contrast group was 43.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effects of Tongxie Yaofang and Shengling Baizhusang in treating IBS is better,recurrednce rate was low.
