Abstract:\ On the basic of our past experiment about on spleen qi defeiciency Symptom, this study want to learn the relationship betwenn Spleen qi deficiency Symptom and neuromediums, gastrointerestinal hormones, interleukins, immmune globulins. The clinical research show comparing to the mormal peoples, spleen qi deficiency patients arehigher in motilin and total carhonyl group in blood, and lower in IgG, IgA, IgM. Non spleen qi deficiency patients are higher in motilin, gastrin and total carbonyl group in blood, The laboratroy research show that spleen qi deficiency animals are lower in gastrin in blood and higher in motilin in blood. SijunziTang could recover the motilin of spleen qi deficiency animals to mormal. The spleen qi deficiency animals with CAG are normal in 5 HT in brai homogenate, gastrin in blood and higher in 5 HIAA in brain homogenate, in motilin in blood. The above research will useful in learning the relationship between spleen qi deficiency sympton and neuro endocrino immunologic networek.
