摘    要:目的:观察加味六味地黄汤对3~4期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:将64名病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用加味六味地黄汤。结果:2组治疗前患者的年龄、性别、病程、基础疾病无差异(P>0.05),2组治疗前患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、hsCRP、TC、TG和LDL-C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、hsCRP、TC、TG和LDL-C水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味六味地黄汤能有效地CKD患者的微炎症状态,其机制可能与调节脂质代谢有关。
