基于“血不利则为水”理论探讨乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿辨治

“血不利则为水”乃《金匮要略》提出的著名论断,由此形成的“血水同治法”极大丰富了水肿病治疗。本文结合乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床特点,通过探讨“血不利则为水”的内涵及其病变过程中因“血不利”而致上肢肿胀的机理,认为活血利水法是防治乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的关键大法,具体应用中当结合益气行气、滋阴清热、疏肝健脾、化痰通络等法。

"unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention"is a famous judgment put forward by Synopsis of Golden Chamber,and the"blood and water treatment method"thus formed has greatly enriched the treatment of edema disease.This article combines the clinical features of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation,and discusses the connotation of"unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention"and the mechanism of upper extremity swelling caused by"unsmooth blood circulation"during the process of lesions.It is believed that the method of activating blood and diuresis is the key method to prevent and treat upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation,and the specific application should be combined with the methods of tonifying Qi and promoting Qi,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,soothing liver and strengthening spleen,eliminating phlegm and freeing channels.
