补肾定喘汤对哮喘大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体及血浆皮质酮、ACTH的影响

摘    要:目的:研究补肾定喘汤防治支气管哮喘的可能机制。方法:用卵蛋白致敏SD大鼠的方法建立哮喘模型,随机分为模型组、必可酮组、补肾定喘汤组。采用放射性配基竞结合分析法测定肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GR);用放射免疫分析法测定血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质酮。结果:哮喘大鼠肺组织GR升高(P<0.01),血浆ACTH下降(P<0.01),血浆皮质酮降低(P<0.01)。补肾定喘汤能使肺组织过高的GR水平下降(P<0.05),可升高血浆ACTH和皮质酮水平(P<0.01)。结论:补肾定喘汤能调节肺组织GR水平,兴奋垂体-肾上腺皮质系统。

Abstract:Objective:To study the mechanism of Bushen Dingchuan Tang(Nourishing kidney and antiwheeze, BSDCT) on asthma. Method:The model rats of asthma induced by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin were randomly divided into model control group, bedomethasone dipropronate(BDP) control group, at the same time, normal control group designed. The glucocorticoid receptor (GR) of pulmonary tissue were determined by radioligand-binding assay, the adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and corticosterone of plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results:The asthmatic rats, the concentration of GR in pulmonary tissue increased ( P< 0 01), the concentration of ACTH and corticosterone in plasma decreased ( P< 0 01), BSDCT group, the increased concentration of GR in pulmonary tissue was decreased ( P <0 05),the concentation of ACTH and corticosterone in plasma were increased ( P <0 01).Conclusion:These results suggest that BSDCT treatment cause the changing of GR in pulmonary tissue and excite the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.
