| 摘 要： | 分析此次首发于墨西哥的甲型H1N1流感疫情特点,根据中医学天人相应的原则,运用五运六气理论,结合临床观察,从寒疫的源流、病因病机、发病特点等方面分析,认为此次甲型H1N1流感属中医学"寒疫"范畴,病机本气先虚,风寒疫毒挟湿,邪犯太阳,表(太阳)里(太阴、少阴)同病,而见发热、咳嗽、喘促等症,以小青龙汤为基本方治疗本病,可取得良好疗效。
