中医体质学说研究现状与展望

体质现象是人类生命活动的一种重要表现形式 ,它与疾病和健康关系密切。医学研究正出现以“人”为中心的发展趋势 ,中医体质学说自 2 0世纪 70年代确立以来 ,随着研究的深入 ,重点已由整理古人有关认识转为社会调研及体质分类理论模型的建立 ,并结合现代生理、生化、免疫、遗传等科学方法和手段 ,使体质研究出现了宏观与微观相结合 ,临床分析与理论探讨相结合 ,传统方法与现代方法相结合的发展前景 ,其学科分支亦将相继出现 ,它以自身主体性与开放兼容性为发展模型 ,作为跨世纪的学科研究 ,在生命科学和医学研究领域中必将取得突破性进展。对近 30年来中医体质学的研究成果作了较系统的总结 ,并对今后发展方向作了展望与提示。

Status and Prospect of Constitutional Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The phenomenon of constitution is an important manifestation of life activity in human being and it is closely related to disease and health. Since founded in 1970s',the focus of constitutional theory study has shifted from rearranging ancient document to social survey and establishment of theoretical model. Combined with modern science and technology,constitutional study take on a bright prospect and it will make breakthrough in the field of medical science. The article systematically summarized the achievement over the past three decades and predicted the trent of development in the future.
