滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠的肾脏结构与功能的影响

目的：探讨滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠模型肾脏与结构功能的影响及其防治作用机理。方法：运用腹腔注射链脲菌素的方法制作糖尿病大鼠模型，设正常对照组、西药对照组、滋阴益气（常规剂量）活血复方组、滋阴益气（大剂量）活血复方组5组。分别灌胃治疗1月后，观测并比较中药复方对糖尿病大鼠模型对肾脏的形态学结构、肾功能及血流通 动力学各方面的影响。结果：滋阴益气活血复方有效地控制糖尿病大鼠模型肾小球系膜细胞的增生，降低尿蛋白排泄率与肌酐清除率，使早期糠尿病大鼠血NOS、ET增高的状态得到改善。结论：运用滋阴益气活血法能有效防治糖尿病肾病，改善肾血管血流动力学是其重要的作用机理之一。

Effect of Enriching Yin,Boost Qi and Blood Quickening to Renal Structure and Function in Diabetic Rats

Objective:To research the effect of enriching yin,boost qi and blood quickening to renal structure and function in diabetic rats and its mechanism.Methods:make the streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats and divide into five groups,including Normal group,Diabetic group,Enalapril treating group,Enriching yin,boost qi(normal dose)and blood quickening group,Enriching yin,boost qi(big dose)and blood quickening group.Observe the effects of the formula to renal structure and function in diabetic rats after treated 30 days.The result showed that the formula could effectively control the mesagial expansion,decrease urine albumin and creatinine cleared rate,and improve the status of the high NOS,ET.Conclusion:The method of Enriching yin,boost qi and blood quickening can prevent and treat effectively diabetic nephrosis through improving renal haemodynamics.
