| 摘 要： | 目的:观察王氏胃萎宁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例。治疗组服用王氏胃萎宁汤剂,对照组服用胃复春。3个月为1个疗程,两组治疗均为2个疗程。结果:经R id it分析,治疗组临床证候疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效均较对照组为优(P0.05)。结论:王氏胃萎宁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生有较好的临床疗效。
