| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效和作用机理。方法:把120例PCOS患者分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予中药温肾化痰祛瘀汤和达因-35合氯米芬治疗,疗程6个月,观察两组疗效及测定两组患者治疗前后血清胰岛素、雄激素、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显好于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的睾酮、胰岛素水平及黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素的比值(LH/FSH)明显下降(P0.05);在治疗前和治疗后,两组患者的睾酮、胰岛素水平及黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素的比值(LH/FSH)均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,其作用机理是通过降低雄激素和胰岛素水平,减少黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素的比值(LH/FSH)来实现的。
