黄连配伍吴茱萸对大鼠红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究小剂量和大剂量黄连及黄连配伍吴茱萸对大鼠红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量的影响。方法:将小剂量和大剂量黄连组和黄连配全吴茱萸组的水煎液通过灌胃途径,应用于SD大鼠。取抗凝血观察红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量的改变。结果:给药后,红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量有降低的趋势。黄连大剂量组与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);黄连小剂量组和黄连配伍吴茱萸组对红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量的影响较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05);与黄连配伍吴茱萸组比较,黄连大剂量组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量为指标,大剂量黄连对红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量有影响,而黄连小剂量和黄连配伍吴茱萸对正常红细胞内谷胱甘肽含量无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect on GSH content in the rat's red blood cell by small dose coptidis rhizoma,large dose coptidis rhizoma and compatibility between coptidis rhizoma and fructus evodiae respectively.Methods:Giving these three-group herbal decoction to SD rats by intragastric administration.Then to observe the change of GSH content through analyzing the rats's anticoagulated blood.Results:GSH content shows a decreasing tendency after administration.Comparing large dose coptidis rhizoma-group with control-group,it has statistical senseP<0.01 .small dose coptidis rhizoma-group and compatibility between coptidis rhizoma and fructus evodiae-group have a little effect on GSH content and have no statistical senseP>0.05 .Comparing large dose coptidis rhizoma-group with compatibility between coptidis rhizoma and fructus evodiae-group,it has statistical senseP<0.05 .Conclusions:Large dose coptidis rhizoma has some effect on GSH content in the rat's red blood cell.However,small dose coptidis rhizoma and compatibility between coptidis rhizoma and fructus evodiae have no conspicuous effect on it.
