疏肝健脾法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

目的：比较疏肝健脾法应用于腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床价值。方法：选取2010年1月至2012年11月本院内科病房收住的106例IBS—D患者，将患者分为疏肝健脾组和西药组，治疗1个月后进行疗效比较。结果：疏肝健脾组和西药组患者疾病治疗有效率分别为92．1％、70．90％，健脾疏肝组治疗效果明显优于西药组（P〈0．05）；中医证候治疗1个月后疏肝健脾组、西药组的总有效率分别为80．39％、70．90％，疏肝健脾组优于匹维溴胺西药组（P〈0．05）。结论：疏肝健脾法对于腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效较佳，其临床有效率及中医证候治疗情况明显优于西药组．能明显改善临床不适症状，提高患者生活质量，值得临床借鉴。

Curative Observation of Liver-soothing and Spleen-invigorating Method on Treating Patients with Diarrhea Pre- dominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective： Comparing the clinical value of soothing liver and invigorating spleen therapy was applied to the diar- rhea type IBS. Methods： 106 IBS-D Patients came from medical ward from Doc 2010 to Nov 2011, patients were divided into 2 groups named soothing liver and invigorating sp｜een group and western medicine group, the course was one month. Results ： The effective rate of soothing liver and invigorating spleen group and western medicine group were respectively 92. 1% and 70. 90%. Smoothing liver and invigorating spleen was more efficacious than western medicine. The total effective rates were respectively 80. 39% and 70. 90% in two groups after one month symptomatic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusions： Smoothing liver and invigorating spleen has a good effective, which is more efficacious than western medicine in clinical efficacy and symptomatic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine aspects, which can improve clinical symptoms and enhance life quali- ty.
