中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎的随机平行对照研究

目的：观察中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：使用随机平行对照方法,将83例住院患者通过掷硬币法随机分为两组,治疗组43例中医辨证论治：肾虚督寒型16例,湿热痹阻型18例,瘀血痹阻型9例。中药2天1剂,28天为1疗程。对照组40例,沙利度胺75~100mg每日晚上服,塞来昔布0.2g,一日2次,28天为1疗程。在第28天比较两组症状改善及实验室指标的变化。记录两组不良事件的发生情况。结果：两组治疗28天后,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗28天后主要疗效指标、体征及ESR、C-RP改善情况与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且均未出现血常规、尿常规改变及肝肾功能损害。结论：中医辨证分期治疗强直性脊柱炎有较好的疗效,且具有安全性。

A Randomized Controlled Study of Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： Using random parallel control method,83 cases of hospitalized patients by coin toss method were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in treatment group were treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation： 16 cases of Kidney Deficiency and DU Meridian Cold Type; 18 cases of Hot and Humid Obstruction Type; 9 cases of Blisters Obstruction type. Traditional Chinese medicine agent 2 days,28 days for a course of treatment. 40 cases in Controlled group,Sally amine 75 ~ 100 mg of qn,celecoxib 0. 2 bid,28 days for a course of treatment. In 28 days compared two groups of symptoms improved and lab index changes. Recording the happening situation of two groups of adverse events. Results： 28 days after treatment in both groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 75%,total effective rate was similar between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; Signs and two groups of treatment for 28 days after the main index,and the ESR and C-RP improvement compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）,blood routine,routine urine and did not change and liver and kidney function damage. Conclusion： TCM differentiation stage treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has good curative effect,and is safe as well.
