| 摘 要： | 血糖的变化有胰岛α细胞与胰岛β细胞共同精确调节,糖尿病的诱发总因个人因素,或饮食、或起居、或情志等,因此养生预防是上工之行; DM的发生发展可以概括为肝——脾肾——肝,肝郁导致脾胃失常,脾胃功能失常又进一步导致肝之疏泻太过而发病,因此在治疗时总不离乎肝。在发病机制中,不仅仅是α细胞与β细胞个体功能失职;更多的是两者的拮抗、协同平衡打破,因此在治疗时更应该关注两者的关系。

| Abstract: | Blood glucose changes of islet alpha cells and islet beta cells to precise regulation,diabetes induced by total due to personal factors,or diet,or living,or emotional health,so prevention is on tour.Development can be summarized as:liver spleen and kidney-liver DM,liver depression,spleen and stomach caused arrhythmia.The spleen and stomach disorders result in liver dredging too and disease,so in the treatment of liver is almost always.In pathogenesis,not only the dysfunction of individual function of alpha cells and beta cells,but also the antagonism of the two and the balance of coordination.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the relationship between them in the treatment. |
