川麦冬多糖降血糖实验研究

摘    要:目的:考察川麦冬多糖的降血糖作用。方法:用四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型,以空腹血糖值为指标研究川麦冬多糖提取物的降血糖作用。结果:川麦冬多糖(400mg/kg)能显著降低四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖和提高血清胰岛素水平。结论:川麦冬多糖具有降血糖作用。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate hypoglycemic effect of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon japonicus(POJ) on alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Methods: Experimental diabetes model was induced by alloxan.The effect of POJ on diabetes mice were investigated by observing the change of fasting serum glucose index.Results: The level of fasting serum glucose of the alloxan diabetic mice were significantly lower in groups treated by POJ group(400mg/kg) than that of diabetes model group and the level of blood insulin of the alloxan diabetic mice were significantly higher in groups treated by POJ group(400mg/kg) than that of diabetes model group.Conclusion: POJ can decrease glucose contents of alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
