三痹汤离子导入治疗髌骨软化症

目的：三痹汤离子导入加功能锻炼治疗髌骨软化症的疗效。方法：将72例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组36例68膝患者采用玻璃酸钠膝关节内注射治疗,治疗组36例64膝患者采用NPD-4AE离子导入仪行中药三痹汤离子导入治疗同时进行股四头肌等长收缩及膝关节半蹲功能锻炼。结果：对照组治愈17膝,好转38膝,未愈13膝,总有效率80.9%;治疗组治愈25膝,好转36膝,无效3膝,总有效率95.3%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：三痹汤加减中药离子导入治疗髌骨软骨软化症疗效较玻璃酸钠膝关节内注射佳,治疗组明显优于对照组。

Clinical Observation On Sanbi Decoction to treat Chondromalacia Patellae（CP） through Hydronium Introduction

Objective：To study therapeutic on using Sanbi Decoction and rehabilitation transmitting to treat Chondromalacia Patellae.Methods：72 patients were divided to treatment and compare groups in random.Compare group include 36 patients.They were treated by westen medicine（sodium hyalurona,SH）.The treatment group included 36 patients.They were treated by Sanbi Decoction.Both of the groups did the same functional execises.Results：The treatment group′s effective rate was 94.4%.The compare group′s effective rate was 77.78%（P0.05）.The treatment grop was better than the compare group.Conclusions：It is evident that the treatment group is superior to the compare group.
