化纤汤防治放射性肺损伤34例的临床疗效观察

目的:观察中药复方化纤汤防治放射性肺损伤的临床疗效。方法:70例胸部恶性肿瘤拟接受放化疗治疗患者随机分为两组,化纤汤组34例自放化疗开始时服药,每日1剂,分2次煎煮,总药量约700～1000ml,分次温服频服,放疗结束后坚持服用1年甚至以上。对照组患者只接受放化疗治疗,观察两组患者发生放射性肺损伤的情况。结果:放化疗期间,化纤汤组患者因严重放疗反应而被迫中断放疗的发生率显著低于对照组(8.8%vs 19.4%,P<0.05);6个月、1年治疗结果,化纤汤组患者防治放射性肺损伤总有效率远远高于对照组。结论:化纤汤对放射性肺损伤具有较好的防治作用。

CiinicalObservation of Huaqian Decociton on Preventing 70 Cases of Radio-pulmonarylesion

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Compound Huaqian Decoction on prevention of radiation-induced lung injury. Methods ： 70cases of lung cancer or esophageal cancer receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy for patients to be randomly divided into two groups, Compound Huaqian Decoction group of 34 patients began oral medication since radiotherapy and chemo-therapy, a two-boiling, total dose of about 700 - 1000ml every day, insisting on taking one year after the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy or more. Control group patients received only radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Two groups of patients were ob- served with radiation-induced lung injury situation. Results： During radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the incidence of radiation interruption due to severe radiation reaction in patients with Compound Huaqian Decoction group was significantly lower than the control group （8. 8% vs 19.4% , P〈0.05）. 6 months, 1 year treatment outcomes, prevention and treatment of radiation-in-duced lung injury in Compound Huaqian Decoction group of patients was much higher total efficiency. Conclusion： Compound Huaqian Decoction has good control effect to radiation-induced lung iniury.
