三拗芎葶汤治疗支气管哮喘29例疗效观察

目的:观察中药三拗芎葶汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期轻中度发作的有效性。方法:对54例支气管哮喘急性发作期随机分为中药治疗组29例,对照组25例,两组给予常规茶碱缓释片口服,病情严重加服强的松治疗,治疗组给予三拗芎葶汤,对照组给予信必可都保(160ug/4.5ug)吸入Bid,观察两组4周治疗后ACT评分、控显率、肺功能(FEV1/FVC%、PEF)差别。结果:两组ACT评分、控显率差别无统计学意义,两组肺功能(FEV1/FVC%、PEF)差别有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药三拗芎葶汤治疗支气管哮喘轻中度发作取得一定成效,具有临床应用价值。

Effectiveness Observation of San＇ao Xiongting Decoction on Treating 54 Cases of Bronchial Asthma

Objective： Observing the effects of San＇ao Xiongting Decoction on treating acute exacerbation of bronchial asth-ma, the effectiveness of mild to moderate attack. Methods： 54 cases in mild and moderate attack of acute exacerbation asthma, and randomly divided into 2 groups, in which, 29 cases in test group and 25 cases in eontrol group. Two groups received con-ventional Theophylline and oral Prednisone, the test group used San＇ao Xiongting Decoction, while the control group used Symbi- cort Turbuhaler 160ug/4. 5ug / suction / Bid. After 4 weeks of treatment, two groups were observed the difference of ACT score, significant control rate, lung function （FEV1/FVC%, PEF）. Results： Two groups of ACT score, significant control rate was not statistically significant, but lung function （FEV1/FVC% , PEF） was statistically significance, the treatment group was bet-ter han the control group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions： San＇ao Xiongting Decoction can achieve certain results to treat bronchial asth-ma of mild to moderate attack, and it has clinical applications.
