| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺配合活血益气方治疗中风先兆临床疗效。方法：治疗组84例患者采用针刺配合活血益气方配合西药治疗,1个月为1疗程。并与对照组72例单纯用西药治疗对比疗效。结果：治疗组临床痊愈率、总有效率高于对照组,其血液流变学和远期疗效观察均明显优于对照组。结论：针刺配合活血益气方是治疗中风先兆的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： Observing clinical effect on acupuncture coordinating HuoxueYiqi decoction in stroke aura.Methods：84 patients were accepted acupuncture coordinating HuoxueYiqi decoction and western medicine as treatment group,the time was one month.Comparative efficacy with the control group use western medicine only.Results：Clinical cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than control group.Hemorheology and long-term efficacy of treatment group were better than control group.Conclusion：Acupuncture coordinating HuoxueYiqi decoction is a effective method to treat stroke aura. |
