复方软伤伸筋丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

目的 :探讨复方软伤伸筋丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效机理。方法 :采用单盲法将膝关节骨性关节炎患者 2 2 0例 ,随机分为软伤伸筋丸组 (治疗组 ) 1 60例 ,壮骨关节丸组 (对照组 ) 60例 ,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果 :1治疗组临床治愈率为 88.75 % ,总有效率为 99.3 5 % ;对照组临床治愈率为 2 3 .3 3 % ,总有效率为 91 .68% ,治疗组优于对照组 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。2复方软伤伸筋丸无毒副作用。3复方软伤伸筋丸的应用可使增生骨刺吸收 ,损伤半月板修复。结论 :复方软伤伸筋丸是一种治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效药物。

Clinical Research of Compound Ruanshangshenjin Pill in Curing Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

Objective:Discuss the mechanism of curative effect of compound Ruanshangshenjin pill in curing osteoarthritis of knee jiont.Methods:Two hundred and twenty patients who suffered from osteoarthtitis of knee joint are at random divided into the group (curing group)which has one hundred and sixty patients of Ruanshangshenjin pill and the groub(controling group) which has sixty patients of Zhuangguguanjie pill in the use if single blind method .And the clinical curative effett if two groups are analyxed comparably.Results:(1)The clinical curing rate if the curing group reaches 88.75% and the total validity achieves 99.35%.The clinical curing rate if the controling group reaches22.33%,and the total validity acghieves 91.66%.the cruing group is superior to the controlling group which is significang (P<0.01).(2)Compound Ruanshangshenjin pill has no toxic and side-effcet.(3)The applying of Compound Ruanshangshenjin pill can make the proliferation of bone spurs absorp and meniscus repair.Conclusion:Compound Ruanshangshenjin pill is a kind of safe and effective drug which cures osteoarthritis if knee joint.
