| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨研究关节镜清理、透明质酸注射、中药离子导入顺次治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:自2003年6月～2005年1月收治30例膝关节骨性关节炎病人,采用关节镜清理术及透明质酸关节内注射、中药离子导入顺次治疗.结果:本组病人均随访6个月～18个月,平均12个月,治疗前后按Lysholm标准膝关节评分,优良率达80%.结论:对于没有明显关节间隙狭窄和力线改变畸形的膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用关节镜清理、透明质酸注射、中药离子导入顺次治疗具有肯定疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the efficiency of debridement under arthroscopy,intra-articuar injection of HA and guided TCM herbal ions for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis.Methods:30 cases of the knee osteoarthritis were treated with debridement under arthroscopy,intra-articular injection of HA and guided TCM herbal ions from June 2003 to January 2005.Results:All the casea were followed up for 6~18 months(average 12 months).According to the Lysholm standard for the knee joint,the excellent and good rate were 80%.Conclusions:debridement under arthroscopy,intra-articular injection of HA and guided TCM herbal ions were effective methods for the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis without the joint space narrowing and the alteration of weight line.These methods have a better recovery rate and less invasive. |
