| 摘 要： | 目的：观察活血通络方及中药单体川芎嗪对退变椎间盘中PLA2的影响,探讨其抗炎和免疫抑制机制。方法：用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA法）检测各组动物椎间盘中PLA2含量,并进行组间比较。结果：活血通络方、莫比可及川芎嗪各组可一定程度降低大鼠颈椎间盘中PLA2含量。与正常对照组相比,模型组PLA2含量升高最明显,有统计学差异（P〈0.01）;与模型组相比,活血通络方组、川芎嗪组以及莫比可组PLA2含量下降,有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论：活血通络方及川芎嗪能有效抑制退变椎间盘中炎症和免疫反应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Huoxuetongluo Formula and ligustrazine on PLA2 in degenerative intervertebral discs and explore the anti-inflammatory and immune suppressive mechanism.Methods： The levels of PLA2 in intervertebral discs were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） method and compared among all groups.Results： Huoxuetongluo Formula,Mobic and ligustrazine could decrease the level of PLA2 in cervical intervertebral discs in rats to a certain degree.Compared with normal control,the level of PLA2 increased significantly in the model group（P〈0.01）.And compared with the model group,the level of PLA2 in Huoxuetongluo Formula,Mobic and lingustrazine groups markedly decreased（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Huoxuetongluo Formula and ligustrazine could suppress the inflammatory and immunologic reaction in degenerative intervertebral discs. |
