| 摘 要： | 目的:观察活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:观察组予活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗,对照组予局部注射曲安奈德,记录视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及WOMAC指数。结果:两组治疗后WOMAC指数有显著好转,观察组疗效较对照组有显著提高。结论:活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的疗效。
