温针结合超声波对阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的：观察温针结合超声波治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将99例病人随机分为温针组32例；超声波组33例；温针结合超声波组34例。3组均以内、外膝眼为主穴，配以阳陵泉，观察3组治疗前后临床症状积分变化及临床疗效、并测定治疗前后关节滑液MMP-3含量。结果：3组治疗方法均能使膝骨性关节炎患者临床症状积分降低（P〈O．05）、关节滑液MMP-3含量降低（P〈O．05）；但组间比较，温针结合超声渡组明显优于其它两组（P〈0．05）。结论：温针结合超声波组可改善临床症状，并调节关节滑液细胞因子，是治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎有效方法。

Clinical Research on Warming Needle Combined with Ultrasound Therapy for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Yang Deficiency and Cold Coagulation Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of warming needle combined with ultrasound therapy for treating knee osteoarthritis with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome. Methods： All 99 patients were randomly divided into warming needle group （32 cases）, ultrasound group （33 cases）, and warming needle combined with ultrasound group （34 cases）. All patients were treated mainly in the inner and outer knee point, and also together with the Yanglingquan point. The changes of clinical symptom and clinical efficacy were observed. The level of MMP-3 in synovial fluid was measured. Results：The scores of clinical symptom and the levels of MMP-3 in synovial fluid in all groups were reduced （P〈0.05）, but which in the warming needle combined with ultrasound group were priority to the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Warming needle combined with ultrasound therapy is effective method to improve the clinical symptoms and adjust the synovial fluid cytokine for knee osteoarthritis with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.
