| 摘 要： | 目的:观察活血化瘀汤对大鼠体外培养成骨细胞的影响.方法:在新生SD大鼠颅骨的次代成骨细胞培养液中加入一定浓度(100～5000ug/ml)的活血化瘀汤提取液,分别用噻唑盐比色试验法观察其增殖功能、氨基安替比林法观察其分化功能和茜素红染色法观察其矿化功能.结果:活血化瘀汤提取液在一定浓度内能够剂量依赖性地刺激成骨细胞数量的增加以及提高碱性磷酸酶活性而对成骨细胞的矿化功能影响不显著.结论:活血化瘀汤能促进成骨细胞早期增殖及分化从而促进骨折愈合.提示活血化瘀法在临床治疗骨折的重要性.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Huo Xue Hua Yu recipe on osteoblasts in vitro which might explicate the mechanism on fracture healing.Methods:After the culture medium with different concentrations (100~5000ug/ml) of Huo Xue Hua Yu recipe, the second generation osteoblasts from the skull of newborn SD rats were observed respectively. The proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of osteoblasts were measured.Results:Huo Xue Hua Yu recipe could remarkly stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblasts in dose-dependent manner while there is no significantly difference on the mineralization.Conclusion: Huo Xue Hua Yu recipe greatly increased the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in early period which suggests the importance on fracture healing in Orthopaedics clinic. |
