| 摘 要： | 对照观察了密骨片和尼尔雌醇对绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。结果显示：密骨片治疗６个月后，全身骨痛及腰背酸痛等症状与体征有明显改善，与尼尔雌醇比较有显著性的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；其尺、桡骨骨矿物质含量较治疗前明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），但尼尔雌醇组与治疗前相比无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；血清碱性磷酸酶、血清钙、血清磷含量治疗前后无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；空腹尿钙／尿肌酐两组均明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：密骨片不仅能降低妇女绝经后代谢性骨质丢失，还可在一定程度上促进骨的形成。

| Abstract: | The effect of Migu(MG) Tablet on curing postmenopausal osteoporosis(30 cases) was observed and compared with Nylestriol Tablet(20cases) in double-blind method.The result showed that six months after treatment with MG tablet,the symptoms of the patients were improved,the ulnar and radial bone mineral content was higher than that of pretreatmental value(P<0.05),while the control group was lower.In the treated group,ratio of fasting urinary calcium to creatinine was lower than that of before treatment.This suggested that MG Tablet could cure postmenopausal Osteoporosis.The therapeutic mechanism was probably due to declining metabolic bone loss of postmenopausal women and promoting bone formation. |
