双膝关节中心定位在膝内翻畸形全膝关节置换术中的应用

目的：探讨双膝关节中心定位在膝内翻畸形全膝关节置换术中的应用。方法：对近年实施的86例（104膝）骨性关节炎行TKR手术的膝内翻畸形患者采用双膝关节中心点定位进行术前测量,指导术中截骨。结果：本组患者术前内翻角度平均为12.3°（6°～34°）,术后测量,平均股胫角为174.7°,其中2例残留内翻角度大于3°。结论：采用双膝关节中心点定位,兼顾胫骨与股骨的准确截骨,可精确重建下肢力线,股骨解剖轴的测量误差小,提高截骨的准确性,提高TKR的治疗效果。

Application of Double Knee Centralization in Total Knee Replacement with Varus Deformity

Objective： To investigate the application of double knee centralization in total knee replacement（TKR） for patients with varus deformity.Methods： The data of 86 cases（104 knees） of primary TKR for patients with varus deformity who suffered from osteoarthritis were reviewed.Before the operation,double central point localization of the knee joint was used to guide the osteotomy.Results： Before the operation,the average varus angle was 12.3 degrees（6 degrees to 34 degrees）.The average femorotibial angle was 174.7 degrees and the residual varus angle exceeded 3 degrees in 2 cases after the operation.Conclusion： Under the guidance of double centralization of the knee joint in total knee replacement,accurate osteotomy and reestablishment of lower limb alignment could be achieved thus improve the therapeutic efficacy of TKR.
