| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气养阴方治疗甲亢合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：60例病例随机分为两组，治疗组用益气养阴方，对照组用他巴唑与阿仑膦酸钠治疗，6个月后比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96．67％，明显高于对照组。在改善症状、提高骨密度、改善骨代谢等方面，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：益气养阴方能有效缓解甲亢合并骨质疏松症的临床症状，提高骨密度，改善骨代谢。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangying Formula （YYF） in treating hyperthyroidism with osteoporosis. Methods：Sixty cases of hyperthyroidism with osteoporosis were/randomly divided into treatment group （TG） and control group （CG）. Thirty patients in TG were treated by YYF for 6 months, while the other 30 cases received the treatment of methylmercaptoimidazole and sodium alendronate. Results：The total effective rate in TG was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that in CG. Also, better results were got in TG in the aspects of ameliorating symptoms, increasing bone density and improving bone metabolism than those in CG, and the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：YYF could effectively ameliorate clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism with osteoporosis, improve bone mineral density and bone metabolism. |
