健骨生丸治疗股骨头坏死Ⅱ期临床研究

评价健骨生丸抬疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效、安全性、适应性和使用注意事项。按中药新药审批办法,对300例股骨头坏死,中医辩证为瘀阻脉络者,用健骨生丸与复方丹参片进行临床比较,从疗效以及镇痛、功能和跛行改善等方面看,两者经统计学处理有非常显著性差异,证明在治疗股骨头坏死试验组明显优于对照组。健骨生丸无毒副作用,是一种治疗股骨头坏死改善症状和体征较好的药物。

A Second Clinical Study on Treating Necrosis of Femoral Head with Jiangusheng Pills

The therapeutic effectiveness of Jiangusheng (JGS) pills on osteonecrosisits safety. indication matters needing attention as well,were studied. According to the measures approve for traditional Chinese drugs,we compare the effectiveness of JGS pills and composite red sage root used for 2 groups of femosal head necrosis. All the cases had blood vessels stasis which are differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine. Analgesia claudication inprovement and X -ray finding of both groups exist obvious stastical difference. The result of testing group are much better than control group . JGS pills has no toixic side effect ,it is a kind of better drug for treating necrosis of femosal head.
