| 摘 要： | 通过对实验性骨质疏松模鼠血浆钙（Ｃａ）、磷（Ｐ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）、碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ）测定，观察了中药对造模动物血浆生化的影响。结果表明，中药组、激素组血浆钙水平明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），血浆ＡＣＰ活性显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明中药坚骨液可明显抑制实验性骨质疏松动物的骨吸收，增加血钙水平，改善体内负钙平衡及骨代谢平衡
