中西医结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的研究

２４例绝经后骨质疏松症患者给予０．２ｍｇ乙底酚与补肾中药联合治疗。结果表明：给服中西药物四个月后，患者肾虚症状积分值较治疗前明显下降，骨密度，骨矿含量较治疗前明显增加。提示这一疗法既能改善患者的肾虚状态，达到治疗骨质疏松症的目的，又能减少雌激素的应用剂量，避免大剂量雌激素长期应用所引起的毒副作用。

Study on Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis by Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

In this research, 24 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated by the therapy of using diethylstilbestrol 0.2mg/day and chinese herbs of tonifying kidney. The results showed that after being treated for four months, the accumulating scores of kidney deficiency symptom decreased obviously(P<0.01),and the bone density(BD)and bone mineral content(BMC)of these patients increased evidently(P<0.05). The result indicated that this therapy can not only improve the kidney deficiency to treat osteoporosis, but also decrease the dosage of estrogen, thus avoiding the poisonous and side effect caused by using vast amount of estrogen for long time.
