骨痛胶囊对日本大耳白兔膝骨内高压和血液流变学作用的实验研究

目的:观察中药制剂骨痛胶囊内服对日本大耳白兔膝骨内高压和血液流变学的作用,为临床治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)提供实验依据。方法:将日本大耳白兔分为正常组、造模组、生理盐水组、骨痛胶囊组、抗骨增生胶囊组,除正常组外,均行静脉结扎建立兔右下肢骨内高压模型。造模5周后,分别以骨痛胶囊液、抗骨增生胶囊液、生理盐水灌胃,共治疗5周后,测量兔双后肢膝胫骨上端的骨内压,然后取造模侧胫骨上端骨髓血测量血液流变学变化,骨内压测量、骨髓血血液流变学测量结果采用t检验进行分析。结果:造模组骨内压较正常组明显增高(P<0.01),骨髓血血液流变学状态较正常组有明显改变(P<0.01),骨痛胶囊组较抗骨增生胶囊组有更好的降低骨内压作用(P<0.01),血液流变学状态更趋于正常(P<0.01),两组的骨内压和血液流变学状态指标与正常组没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:骨痛胶囊内服能有效的降低日本大耳白兔膝关节骨内高压,明显改善骨髓血血液流变学状态,并可使其恢复至接近正常水平,从而起到延缓关节软骨的退变,有利于软骨修复的作用。

Laboratory Study on Effect of GU TONG Capsule on Intraosseous Hypertension and Hemorrheology of the Big-eared Rabbit's Knee

Objective:To observe the impact to which the hemorrheology and intraosseous hypertension of the rabbit's knee by the CTM preparation of GU TONG capsule p.o. afford experiment bases for improve on the OA of clinic therapy. Methods:Japanese big-eared rabbits were divided into nor -mal group, model group,Sodium Chloride group, GU TONG capsule group,KANGGUZENGSHENG capsule group. Except normal group ,the others whose the experimental model of the right knee in rabbits was induce by ligating the right femoral vein and inferior gluteal vein. After 5 weeks, use GU TONG capsule, KANGGUZENGSHENG capsule and Sodium Chloride respectively intragastrac administration.5 weeks later,Meterage both posterior limb knee of these rabbit intraosseous hypertension,meterage hemorrheology of the right posterior limb knee. The data of intraosseous hypertension and marrow blood hemorrheology were dispose through t-test.Results:The intraosseous hypertension of the model group was higher than the one of the normal group (P<0.01), the hemorrheology of marrow blood of the model group were alter relative to the normal group(P<0.01), the hemorrheology and intraosseous hypertension of GUTONG capsule was better than KANGGUZENGSHENG capsule (P<0.01),the hemorrheology and intraosseous hypertension of both return to balance (P>0.05).Conclusions:GUTONG capsule were availability for debase the rabbit knee's intraosseous hypertension, ameliorate the hemorrheology of marrow blood, and renew to well-balance , accordingly stay the joint gristle,be propitious to the restore of the joint gristle.
