福州市中青年伏案工作者颈椎病的流行病学调查及危险因素的研究

目的:探讨福州市中青年伏案工作者颈椎病的发病情况及危险因素的调查。方法:以福州市区政府行政机关、银行、学校、医院等单位需要长时间的电脑操作、文字书写、绘图等低头伏案工作者为研究对象。采用随机抽样和典型抽样相结合的方法,2006年10月~2008年6月抽取18~50岁年龄段为样本进行调查。所有调查对象需填写福州市中青年伏案工作者颈椎病调查表;对颈椎病患者需填写中青年伏案工作者颈椎病危险因素调查问卷。结果:福州市中青年伏案工作者颈椎病患病率较高。伏案时间长、工作姿势不当、年龄、睡枕不适、生活姿势不当、不参加体育锻炼为颈椎病致病危险因素,差异有统计学意义。结论:针对福州市中青年伏案工作者颈椎病患者,提出要减少持续伏案时间,减小低头角度,注意良好的工作和生活姿势、调整睡枕,加强体育锻炼尤其是颈项部的体育锻炼。
