| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨壮骨续筋汤对大鼠成骨细胞功能态的影响。方法：采用含药血清的方法体外培养成骨细胞，分壮骨续筋汤组、对照组，观察各组碱性磷酸酶（ALP）比活性、骨钙素（BGP）含量及Cbfα1基因的表达。结果：壮骨续筋汤组的ALP比活性、BGP含量及Cbfα1基因的表达强于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：壮骨续筋汤能促进成骨细胞功能态的发挥。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effect of Zhuanggu Xujin Decoction （ZXD） on the functional state of osteoblasts in rat. Methods：Osteoblasts were cultured with the serum containing ZXD in vitro. The cells were divided into ZXD group and control group. The specific activity of alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, the content of bone gla protein （BGP） and the expression of core binding factor α1 （Cbfα1） were observed. Results：The specific activity of ALP , the contents of bone gla protein （BGP） and the expression of Cbfα1c of ZXD group were higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ZXD can increase the function of rat osteoblast. |
